Mr. Harmuto Ramos is one of the DENR officials who is protecting and preserving the virginity of the forest especially the forest of Mt. Palay-palay. In this interview, he told how he and his team was able to maintain the cleanliness of the environment. He also said some of the problems he have encountered for the last few years.
